In 2026, the nostalgic Kikkerachtbaan roller coaster will make way for a new Kikker8baan roller coaster after 40 years. The new Kikker8baan will have a motocross theme, with a nod to the past. With Rick de Kikker leading the way on his motorbike, you will race smoothly through the trees. In the middle of the track, family and friends can watch from a raised platform while you take your (first) ride.

Three new two-person O'Hara Duingalows are coming to the holiday park. The O'Hara Duingalow is suitable for short stays and equipped with all modern conveniences. This means you can also stay comfortably at Duinrell for just one night. The Duingalows are available for booking from March 2026.

The Lighthouse Lounge in Food Plaza is being renovated. The adjacent terrace will be transformed into a Rooftop Bar. Here you will soon be able to enjoy a drink at the new Rooftop Bar or take a seat in the renovated, warm and cosy interior.

We are opening a new, larger supermarket in Food Plaza. Our current Superstore will be replaced by a modern supermarket featuring a larger bakery, where you can pick up fresh, warm rolls every morning. The range will also be expanded to include more fresh products.

We are opening a new ice cream shop on the Promenade in the amusement park. Fresh Italian ice cream will be sold here. A perfect place to enjoy a tasty treat during your day at the park.

Duinrell is expanding their Sports Area with a Football Cage. This can be used for football and basketball. The Football Cage will be located next to the padel courts and the outdoor fitness area.

In 2025, the iconic Minitrein will make way for a brand-new family attraction: Duinrell Express. During this delightful ride, you’ll meet the Duinrell trolls hard at work in their crystal mine. Even better: on top of the tunnel, there will be a scenic viewpoint overlooking the amusement park.

In 2025, our holiday park will expand with 60 brand-new O’Hara Comfort Duingalows, perfect for families or groups up to six people. The Duingalow is tastefully decorated and makes you feel right at home. Each Duingalow has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious kitchen and a veranda.

In July 2023, Duinrell will open a new family attraction: De Oude Lijnbaan. This latest attraction is an old-timer track and will be part of the new Amsterdam theme area.

We are going to upgrade the area from the arcade game hall to the trampolines. The area will be completely themed to the Amsterdam canals. The arcade game hall and the trampolines will be completely renewed, and the Botsboats and Playfountain will also get a new location.
