Our Comfort Duingalow O’Hara for 2 people is ideal for a short stay at Duinrell. Perfect when you want to get away for a while, even if it’s just for one or a few nights. This charming accommodation combines the free feeling of camping with the comfort of a cosy Duingalow.
Located by the water on camping field Hertenkamp, you can enjoy a peaceful, green setting with that true outdoor feeling.
The Duingalow is modern and snugly furnished, giving you an instant feeling of coming home. Thanks to its contemporary design and the use of natural materials, the accommodation blends beautifully into the green surroundings of Duinrell.
The Comfort Duingalow O’Hara sleeps 2 people and features a comfortable sleeping area with two single beds placed next to each other, which can be separated from the living and dining area by a curtain. The open layout creates a spacious feel, making it ideal for a relaxing stay for two.
Preparing your own meals is a pleasure here as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cooking utensils and overlooks the outdoors. The cosy living area offers a comfortable seating space to enjoy a meal together or unwind at the end of the day.
The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Overall good
Most things worked fine. Very cold im the Duingalow though (both during night and day). The temperature was automatically tuned down even though we constantly increased it. Very frustrating.

Fab family friendly place to stay
We had a wonderful stay at Duinrell. Overall the park was quiet as end of season so no need to queue for theme park rides. Children loved this and the fact they could run in do some rides before breakfast and then pop back later. Swimming was too busy though. Fab selection of different flumes but the queues were too long sometimes to wait.
Our lodge was lovely although there were a couple of things that needed sorting. A few of the side lights in bed rooms were not working and there were a lot of cobwebs in the harder to reach places. Hopefully a good clean down and maintenance check at end of season will sort these minor issues.

Super
we had a super stay at Duinrell. The accommodation was amazing very clean and spacious that would get a 5/5. We would have liked an earlier check in so it's a pity that this option is not available when booking.
Only down fall was the extremely rude man in the pancake house onsite. He was just so ignorant. Prices of pancakes are extremely overly priced and he didn't like to hear this when we said it to him.

Great,fun adventure
Excellent holiday.Only thing that was bad was when we checked out of our duingalow we had no where to store our luggage.only small lockers for small bags.was walking around with 2 kids in pushchairs plus all our luggage 6 suitcases from 10.30am until 5pm.recepetion or security were no help at all for our luggage situation.

Great but a few things to consider
Highly recommend, especially for families with children of differing ages. Everyone will be entertained from babies to grandparents.
However I would advise not to go to the pancake restaurant on site.....daylight robbery, high cost for poor product.
The security staff were extremely friendly ,however the reception staff were not so good. On the final day I had a very large suitcase (family of 6) that did not fit into a locker. Had to check out at 10.30am the day of departure but had a few hours to wait for the transfer to collect us. I asked where could I leave the suitcase, The lady at reception was extremely rude and curt and offered no option. I would have had to drag this suitcase around for four hours if it wasn't for an extremely lovely Irish lady who offered to keep the case in her cabin. She had overheard our dilemma and seen how difficult it would have made our final day.
For those of you considering Duinrell, I would highly recommend....but for eating out I would advise going into Wassenaar, far better quality food and literally a 2 min walk from the compound.

Good
Adventure park and free pass to swimming pool was great. Choice of food at the camp not the best and some staff were not really interested in providing service, more in chatting with each other, but there’s plenty of restaurants in the town. Staff at the swimming pool was more bothered about if my son was sending in the queue for a slide all the time or waiting beside, than some teenagers messing around and causing issues. The accommodation was nice, peaceful and clean. Some beds were more comfy than others but overall good feeling.

Good
Everything in the Duinrell park was good, except for the behavior of the staff. At the reception, I felt several times that they lacked patience when answering questions or seemed too tired. It reached the point where I felt embarrassed to ask more questions or even regretted asking at all.

Perfect
Totally amazing holiday. Safari tent was amazing all we needed, this was are second time at the site and didn’t disappoint. Toilet facilities amazing especially with kids. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Everything onsite to keep entertained all day. Cycle routes are the best!! Really want to come back next year however price has doubled and no longer affordable for us. Would highly recommend. Only off putting factor is increased price.

Fantastic family fun had by all.
We had 10 days full on family fun at Duinrell would definitely recommend so much to do at Duinrell and surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our Duingalow could of be cleaner very dusty under the beds etc.

Fun place for family holidays
Booking and site access were seamless.
Facilities overall were good. I booked an electric hookup pitch and private toilet/shower block.
Pitch wasn’t great - very sandy and large concrete slab in centre of pitch.
Private facilities were okay but would benefit from refurbishment.
Loved the attractions and it’s in a great location near Wassenaar and the coastline.

Lovely holiday
Duinrell is easy to deal with
Booking in is well organised instructions are clear
We had a premium plus’which was very spacious All the cooking bits you need lovely out side area
And on the entrance to park
Pool is great if you got older children , even though they have a small people area it was limited
Park was ok not enough staff some times and staff could be quite rude at times
Over all a lovely holiday but we feel we couldn’t afford it again as very expensive

Amazing site loved by the whole family. Kept us busy all week and enjoyed every minute.
The only tiny tiny things.
Paying to swim is a shame as there are no ‘splash pools’ throughout the park for free.
Photo id is pointless mad they can’t just take a photo in 4 seconds

Good value for money overall. Them park and water parks are good. If the beds and pillows were better then this would be 5 stars.

Recycling in the house and park
Having to download an app and having a Dutch bank account. It's not possible for a tourist.
We could of done with 3 hours in the indoor pool.
