Our family's favorite vacation in the world!
This is how my son describes it, and we all agree. We had a fantastic vacation, and it was our second time visiting. We enjoyed the theme park and the water park. It was the best thing ever. But the pillows were not great. But over all it was amazing. 5 stars.

Visited Duinrell in June 2025, highly recommended.
First time visiting, stayed in 6 person Premiun Dunglow. Very clean and spacious. Paid extra to select specific number 315, was perfect, private, no one walking past you. Very quiet. Amusement park very entertaining, for the 14, 11 and 10 year old. Kids loved the Tiki pool. Had vouchers for 2 visits. Used lockers to store luggage as you have to be out of accommodation by 10.30 and spend last day in the park. highly recommend a visit here. The nearby town is literally just outside the gates to the park. Da Alfio italian and Luciano Ice Cream definitely worth a visit. But plenty of other choice to eat also both on and off site.

Wonderful place for families
Highly recommended! Wonderful place for families to enjoy. Lovely theme park with rides for all ages and a great indoor pool with many slides. Nice variety of accommodation on site to cater for most budgets. Very easy to get to from Schipol Airport via taxi or public transport so a car free holiday is really possible. The beautiful town of Wassenaar is only a few minutes walk away with lots of lovely restaurants, cafe's and Jumbo supermarket for all your groceries. Such a lovely place to take the kids and I highly recommend it!

Lots to do
We loved the park and the rides, the waterpark was also great fun. The only slight negatives were the amount of litter that was never picked up and the accommodation which was slightly underwhelming for the price.

Great holiday with 13 family group
We hired two Duingalows which were really nice, clean and well equipped. There were 13 in our family group who all enjoyed the Tiki pool and all the outside attractions. We all like Wassenaar as well and we all have some favourite restaurants in the evening. For some it was second and third visits and all the first timers really liked it. Great holiday.

A very enjoyable stay
We had a lovely stay for five nights during UK Half Term holiday. The set-up / integration of holiday home and camping options was very good plus easy access to the amusement park & Tikibad (which was a family favourite). We were, however, disappointed at the condition and cleanliness of the camping facilities; the camping kitchens, toilets and showers which looked like they'd rarely (if ever) had a proper professional clean, let alone the daily cleaning you'd expect at UK campsites. As a result we used our own motorhome facilities for the entire duration - we were lucky to have these but would have been disappointed if we were in a tent and not had the same luxury to do so. Otherwise a lovely stay and I'm sure we'll be back at some point.

Great theme park but disappointing accommodation
I was amazed that there were no towels, a chopping board or more drying areas for wet clothes in our accommodation. In addition we had to make the beds and remove all the bedding. We paid a lot of money but essentially had to clean up after ourselves as well. Finally, there was 1 toilet roll in our house for 5 of us for 3 days and no hand soap in the bathrooms. This is all very disappointing. We can get better quality accommodation elsewhere so we won't be booking Duinrell again unfortunately. Slides and theme park were great but I wouldn't recommend the accommodation.

A great, smooth, fun and relaxing experience for all the family
Every interaction we had with staff at Duinrell was excellent: everyone was helpful, kind and positive. The campsite was clean and functional. We were lucky to have lots of space and appreciated the green grass. The campsite is brilliantly located for combining culture and cities with the beach and amusement park.

Best park we have been to!
By far the best European site we have visited. Accommodation was brilliant, theme park was great, loads to do for all ages and my children thought the waterpark was amazing! Restaurants were a bit disappointing, food quality was poor & expensive, snack bar wasn’t too bad for fries & ice creams etc so we were content & easy enough to just bring a picnic & find a spot for a break. We will most certainly be back next year!!

Brilliant 5 days stay!
The site was great, so many things to do and such easy access to everything. Theme park had just the right amount of rides and variety. Bike hire and cycle to the beach was beautiful through the dunes! Only suggestion is the waterpark changing rooms are a tad chaotic. My tip would be to take your towel and walk there and back, don’t bother changing there. (The rides were great though!)

Unforgettable Family Holiday
We’ve just returned from a fantastic family holiday at Duinrell and had an amazing time! The park is perfect for all ages, with a great balance of fun, nature, and convenience. The water park is brilliant, with slides for everyone and well-maintained facilities. We also really enjoyed the amusement park — there are loads of attractions, from gentle rides for little ones to roller coasters for thrill-seekers. The queues were very reasonable, which made the experience even better. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature and close to the beach and lovely places like The Hague. We were able to enjoy both exciting activities and relaxing bike rides or walks. In short, Duinrell was a fantastic experience. We totally recommend it to other families and would absolutely love to return!

Amazing holiday
We booked as a family of 7 and a baby. Bungalow was amazing and the sauna was a bonus. Beautiful surroundings and everything you need on site. We did wander out of the park and found the local supermarket and town which has loads of shops and students. Pool is brilliant for all ages and the amusement park is fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Price was also a winner as it was cheaper to travel and stay here than to holiday in England!! Overall we had a fantastic time and would definitely book again.

Great pool and amusements but SO noisy late at night
This site could have been perfect for our children, aged 6 and 10. We visited in the Easter holidays. All the facilities just a short walk from our tent lodge. Changing facilities at the pool are limited and can be very busy but the slides/pool area made it all worth it. The rides were also spot on for our children and hardly any waiting. What was such a shame for us was the level of noise at night and the fact that it isn’t tackled very well. Most nights there was a lot of noise until 1 and 2am. We spoke to reception who advised us there is a 10pm site curfew which we felt wasn’t well communicated. They had no availability to move us to the bungalows unfortunately but we have stayed at other places where curfews are clear, managed and respected. Several nights we heard various people asking others to keep the noise down which you don’t want to do on holiday. 10-11pm is ok but not til the early hours of the morning with young families. Sadly we left a night early as a result. Such a shame!

Always tremendous, but let us use the pool more!
We adore coming to Duinrell. We look forward to it every year after returning from the last trip. We're a family and we all become excited children upon arrival. We love the theme park, we love the pool. One thing that irked us this year was the change in access rules for the pool. We're used to having as many vouchers for days we're on the park, but this year we were given 4 vouchers for a 7 night stay. That was a surprise, and although we still had a great time we would have preferred to use the pool more. We're not going to pay nearly €75 for 4 hours access per day

Exciting and good for all ages
Stayed for 4 nights, two adults plus two 12 year old girls. The trip was a birthday treat - worked superbly. Water park was the highlight, plenty of good rides and really well laid out spacious park. Accommodation was excellent- quiet and clean. Think that Duinrell staff could do more to have stopped the aggressive, intimidating gang of boys who frequently jumped to the front of queues.

Fantastic Place to Visit
We visited here in April 2025, what a place, great for little and big kids, theme park is great, food and shop is great, you can get everything you need, the Duingalow we stayed in was fabulous, everything in it you needed, just like home from home, bus stop on site, was great for getting out and about, highly recommend Duinrell, would visit again, at some point.

Great place for all ages
Lovely place to stay, easy to get to, something for everyone from our 2 year old to the granny. Our second visit here and enjoyed it even more. Duingalows were fine and great being onsite. We visited other places outside the park too, and loved the local restaurants just outside the park . Don't expect fast food from the evening snack bar but it tasted OK when it was finally ready. Will be back next year hopefully.

Great site with lots of fun activities
Really enjoyed our trip to Duinrell, lots of fun activities to keep the kids entertained and overall we had a great time. Couple of small things that stopped it being a 5: 1. Reception staff not particularly helpful 2. Saw a child around 12-15months old and clearly far below the height requirement allowed on the Rik rollercoaster.

Fantastic Holiday
This was our 25th visit to Duinrell. Our whole family love being there. The accommodation is clean, tidy and well looked after. Ours was spacious. The theme park gave us hours of entertainment and fun. There is so much to do you don't really have to leave the park for anything, there is also a small supermarket, pub and restaurant. The swimming area is growing every time we go. I can totally recommend the park for both young and old.

almost killed myself trying to cut a cucumber. Never used such a blunt knife in a self catering kitchen begore. The rest of the park, accommodation, tiki pool spot on. Everyone had a great time. But travelled from the UK and can’t state just how blunt this knife was :p, don't fancy bringing my own thru customs. Enjoyed the sunshower though - never seen one before

Amazing
This was our first visit to Duinrell after being recommended by friends. We travelled with children aged (12 and 10). We stayed in a new style Duingalow. It was well equipped and had easy access to the park and amenities. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. The 5 bed was great for a family of x4 as it gave a little extra space. Our only gripe with the accommodation is you have to pay for bedding (beds to be made up on arrival) and towels €15 per person. We found this expensive so opted to make our own beds upon arrival with the bedding provided and brought our towels from home. We stayed Friday - Monday in April ‘25. On the Friday night most of the rides were open until 9pm to guests only staying at Duinrell. No queues which was great. There was a great selection of rides for all ages. It’s a shame the park closed at 5pm on the other days. Would have been good to stay open for a couple of hours for Duinrell guests only. Tikibad was fantastic. Great selection of water slides for all ages. You had to book this in advance and could choose a 2 hour time slot. We opted to go in the evening when it was quieter and younger children/babies not around. It also meant we could spend the day on the rides while they were open. The supermarket on-site had everything you could possibly need, although a little pricey but obviously you’re paying for convenience. La Place (on-site Restaurant) had a great selection of food but again we found this a little expensive, and later in the evening it was short of staff. There’s plenty of lovely restaurants within walking distance of Duinrell as an alternative, We hired bikes and rode these to the beach, it’s a good 15 mins ride and very safe. It’s a bit uphill on the way there but much easier on the way back. The beach was beautiful. It had plenty of cafes and ice cream shops. Just be careful which bike you hire as there’s a vast difference in price as we found out. Overall a great break and we hope to return next year!

A wonderful family experience for all with everything on site.
Accommodation was lovely, the site had everything for everyone of all ages. Only downside when we were there, was all the 'on site' work being completed. Health and Safety is non existent so beware if bringing complex needs kids or adults. But, we had a fantastic time with next to no queuing for rides, only two sessions allowed at the pool for two hours over two days and I would hope that in the summer months this would extend as you then have the outdoor pools open. Would love to go again with our extended family in the larger homes. Bring your own bikes if possible but plenty available to hire (the que to hire one is like waiting at Thorp Park for a ride). The bike men (just two) were the best. Diligent, helpful and so so friendly. A guarded entrance was essential but a feeling of freedom was immense throughout. Lovely woodland walks or bike rides, and the local town has some great restaurants and food places as prices inside Duinrell are hiked a little. Main downside for myself and my husband is that we are pescatarians and there was not many healthy options. Certainly no fresh or frozen fish in the Duinrell shop on site, except for tinned tuna. The local Italian restaurant in town was wonderful and friendly.

Absolutely Wonderful!!!
Just home from an amazing week in Duinrell. 6 siblings that emigrated to Ireland from Voorschoten(near Wassenaar) as children 40 years ago marked the occasion by spending a week in Duinrell with each of our offspring, a party of 28 in total. The wonderful staff were amazing with a special mention for Lotte and Jamie whom treated us like VIP's. The first 3 nights(Fri-Mon) were spent in the group accommodation the "Oranjerie". two luxury villas connected by a glass corridor and to sum it up in one word "Wow"!!! This accommodation leaves you wanting for nothing. (Except to be able to stay longer!!!) Then after the weekend we broke up into our own family groups and moved into "Premium 6 Person" Duingalows. These are the second biggest Duingalows and are spacious, well laid out and well equipped. Although these are some of the older types they are well maintained, have been recently redecorated and all of ours were spotless clean. The park itself is spotless and well maintained and although it was pretty much fully booked the week we were there, it never felt overcrowded and the ques for rides and attractions were minimal. All in all Duinrell is a great holiday destination with something to offer both young and old. We have been here as a family on numerous occasions as well as with this big group and I can highly recommend it!!! We will be back!!!

Duingalow was amazing!
The check in was pretty smooth, the park kept the kids well occupied, the water park is excellent and the Duingalow was the best accommodation we’d ever stayed in as a family of 7. The only downside was the tame evening entertainment, but don’t let that take away from a fab five day five star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ family holiday!!

Magical time away with family. Love it!
We had such a lovely experience visiting Duinrell. The accommodation is clean and tidy we stayed in the dunglow we were in a great location near the amusements. The children loved the waterpark and amusement park and there is a variety for all ages. All staff friendly and helpful. I loved the organisation and how relaxed it was no pre booking bug able to use everything hardly any lines and we were there in the Easter holiday such a great holiday so much nicer than Englands business over crouched and lines and precooking. I would come here again in a heart beat over places in England. Travelling and getting there was easy too. Cost is probably similar to England and had hope to cheaper but accommodation wasn’t but food and drink when staying was. My only slight negative was not much in the way of food in the evening would have liked more on offer. Also not much entertainment and what there was we were aware of and couldn’t get in not enough headphones for silent disco which my daughter really wanted to do (staff could have been better accommodating with this and help her to have a turn or not wear them there selves.) There was a show we didn’t know was on and then couldn’t get in this was disappointing as little to do in the evening. As a whole though fab place would think about returning and would recommend. X

Cold in Easter beware of school groups
First off my kids absolutely loved it at Duinrell. They are still raving about out it a week on. The area was pleasant with lots of day trip options. We stayed in the glamping tents which were roomy and well supplied. However they are ultimately tents which meant they were cold in Easter (despite fire) and not sound-proofed. My main bugbear was that the management allowed 8 tents to be booked by teenagers on a school trip. We were kept up until 3:30am on the first night due to their exploits. When I complained the next day there was no apology. Due to the volume of complaints the kids were quiet for the remaining stay but that didn’t stop other neighbours bring noisy. My main advice - bring earplugs!

Excellent
The whole experience was brilliant the kids had a great time with the on site Theme Park with rides to suit all ages, although some of the height restrictions didn’t make sense. The swimming pool had lots of slides which the kids enjoyed although again the height restriction on some didn’t make sense. The waves were brilliant, but the pool was quite cold and also the inflatable rule for under 1.20m does not make sense, our children can swim

Great family Easter break
We had a great time at Duinrell, excellent access to the park which had lots to offer our 5 and 8 year olds. The accommodation was well situated and an easy walk to the park itself and all the staff were very friendly. Lots to explore nearby outside the park too and would recommend brining your bike or hiring. Will be visiting again.
