During your stay at Duinrell the entertainment team offers in the school holidays loads of fun for young and old. The exciting entertainment programme gives more holiday fun. 

During the summer a lot of activities will be organised. Go to the complete summer entertainment programme.

Possible activities are:

On Monday, take part in the hexathlon on the sun terrace of the Tiki Pool. Survive the spectacular obstacle course, storm the soap slide and make sure you and your team are the fastest of all. Register now and remember: fully booked = fully booked. You can also register a whole team at the same time.

Register now for beach volleyball, either on your own or as a team, and play against each other for the title in the Duinrell sand. Make that smash, dive for that ball before it hits the ground, serve with spin, or execute a tactical lob. Naturally, supporters are also most welcome.

Dirty Dancing the Musical

On Thursday evening, it’s time for Dirty Dancing. Enjoy the fabulous music, songs such as Time of My Life and many other familiar tunes from this stunning musical. The musical contains live singing, plenty of dancing and beautiful, moving scenes. The story of Johnny and Baby is brought to life once again. Dance teacher Penny, the Houseman family, cousin Billy and many others also feature in this sensual, sultry musical.

Twice a week, a Disco night is held in the Irish Pub. A must for everyone who enjoys dancing and partying. Shake it on the dance floor to all kinds of music styles, put a request in to the DJ for your favourite song, or enjoy a relaxed drink at the bar.

Come and participate in disco arts and crafts on Friday at Rick’s Kids’ Club. Design your own disco ball (for older children), or make a disco mask. You can use glitter glue, water colours or glitter paper. And in between, you can dance to the fabulous disco beat!

Rick’s Duinrell Quiz

Take part in Rick’s Duinrell Quiz in the Kolder Theatre along with Rick and Lelie, and answer all sorts of questions about the park, the camp site, the attractions, the Tiki Pool and much more!! Who can answer the most questions?

A scintillating Quiz, in which Rick and Lelie ask you to join in and do the Duinrell Dance or the Froggy Rock!

Rick’s Duinrell Quiz

If you would you prefer to do something other than paint a Rick the Frog T-shirt, you can opt for a cool Frisbee or attractive photo frame today. Make your Frisbee in your own style and when it’s finished, you and your friends can play with it. Or tinker together your own photo frame, put your favourite photo inside and keep it by your bedside.

Do you still remember Grease? Let Danny and Sandy show you tonight in this joyful musical packed with dancing and music. Many songs will be familiar to you, such as Summer Nights and You’re The One That I Want. Naturally, the T-Birds and the Pink Ladies feature too!! As do Rizzo, Kenickie, Frenchie, Marty and Sonny.

Rick’s Kids’ Club/Ghost Day

Come and get the shivers in the Kids’ Club on Tuesday. Today is the day that ghosts come to life. Be transformed into a scary monster or become a ghost! And if you want, hop on the ghost train and give everyone in the park the creeps.

On Friday evening, you can come and play different games with us. There’s a table tennis table, table football, a PlayStation, a range of board games, shuffleboard etc. So come and have fun with our Indoor Games. So come and have fun with our Indoor Games.

This evening you can try your luck at the Irish Pub. Take your chances at the roulette table, practice your poker face, or break the bank with blackjack. Fancy something different, how about a game of darts?

Everyone is welcome to participate in the lawn bowling tournament. If you have a good sense of direction and can get the ball as close as possible to the little ball, then sign up. It’s not as easy at it looks …. 

Every Thursday evening after the Dirty Dancing musical, there’s karaoke on offer in the Irish Pub! Why not sing “Time of my life”, or 1 of the other 1000 songs yourself? Find the song of your choice in the karaoke book and put yourself forward to sing. Of course, you can also perform a duet, or sing as a group.

Come and dance at the Irish Pub. There is a children’s disco twice a week!! Especially for kids from 10 to 15 years of age. Swing along to the latest hits and put in a request to the DJ for your favourite song.

Have you always wanted to be a star and do you love singing? Now’s your chance! Select your favourite song at the Kids’ Karaoke, and let everyone hear you sing it, either solo or in a group. Forgotten the words? No problem, simply read them from the big screen.

On Wednesday you can come and enjoy arts and crafts in de Kids’ Club. There are too many activities to mention, have fun with glitter card, sticky paper, glitter stickers, embellishments, pinking craft scissors, origami, themed colouring pictures and much more.

Have you always wanted to meet Rick the Frog and his girlfriend Lelie, give them a cuddle, or have your picture taken with them?? They’ll be coming to Duinrell Plaza especially to meet you at the Meet & Greet. Have your camera at the ready! Oh, and they‘re crazy about colouring pictures…

Are you any good at golf? Or not at all? It doesn’t matter, miniature golf is for everyone. The whole family can play, or you can play alone, see who amongst you gets the best score. Who gets the least shots??

On Sunday, take part in the mini 6-a-side games on the sun terrace of the Tiki Pool. There are various games set up for all kids from 4 to 12 years of age. You and your team can follow a course across the flying carpet, or creep your way through the inflatable crawl tunnel. If you want to know what else is on offer, register now!

Talent Show Rehearsals

Tonight’s your chance to perform in front of a large audience. However, you need to practice before you can show off your talents. Make sure you get that dance step right, or master that trick. The Entertainment Team can help you with your act. Anything is possible. Come to the Kids’ Club, rehearse… and let your parents see what you can do tonight!! 

Rick’s Kids’ Club/Pirate Day

Pirates have taken over the Kids’ Club, treasure has been discovered somewhere on Duinrell. Could it be gold? Come and help find it, but before you can do that, you have to prove you’re a real pirate…Come along to the Pirate Day and find the treasure chest!

Grab a go-cart and race. How good are you at steering? Who is the fastest? Or if you simply enjoy go-carting, register now, and if you pass all stages, you’ll even get a go-cart licence from us.

On Saturday, you can take part in a mystery tour! Are you good at puzzles, brainteasers and answering questions? Follow the route through the park and if you score the most points, you’ll win a great prize too. You can participate alone, or with your mum and dad. What’s the name of that frog again?? 

Just before midnight, most of Duinrell is asleep, while others are just coming to life. Do you dare to discover what goes on here at night in the park and the woods? If so, register now for the terrifying Ghost Night and only go to sleep once calm has returned! Take note, due to its popularity, we would advise you to register as soon as possible, because fully booked = fully booked.

Table Tennis Tournament

Do you enjoy a game of table tennis? Let’s see what you’re made of, demonstrate your defence, smash that ball and score. Register now for this tournament and try to beat everyone through to the final. Who knows, you might be the next Duinrell champion. However, enjoyment and sportsmanship come first!!

All the kids rehearsed their acts today and tonight they will put on a show for you!! Alone or as a group. Come and have a look and support them during the Talent Show. There will be singing, dancing, and perhaps even tricks or acrobatics. In short, a show of abundant talent!!

The tennis courts have been reserved especially for you. This is your chance to participate in the tennis tournament. You don’t have to be the greatest player, it’s all about having fun, so register now!!

Always wanted one of those cool Rick the Frog T-shirts? Then come to the Kids’ Club and paint a shirt in your size as well as you can! Let it dry….everyone can see how cool you are.

Are you the next Messi or Ronaldo, or do you just want to play football for fun? Then take part in this tournament and score that goal. Everyone is welcome. Boys, girls, young and old. However, take note there are 2 different tournaments for different ages. Is your team the best at Duinrell?

Who wants to play along on the Wii? We have a range of games you can play against one another. Are you good at tennis or bowling? Then you’ll do well at the Wii-fit. Play against your friends, 4 at a time. Register now, because fully booked is fully booked!!

Come and dance at the Irish Pub. There is a mini-disco twice a week!! Especially for kids up to 10 years of age. Swing along to the best of the best disco songs and dance to the latest Duinrell hits, including the Froggy Rock!!

A fun evening for the whole family. Naturally, there are wonderful prizes to be won for young and old. Who wouldn’t want to go home with a great prize? You can select your own prize from our prize tables. Would you like an electric kettle, or would you prefer a nice game or a pretty bath towel. There’s something for everyone!! Don’t miss it!! Don’t forget to bring a pen!

The Mini-disco show is packed with dancing and fun! Do you feel like dancing with Rick the Frog and his girlfriend Lelie?

Then come to the Ellemeet hall where you can join in with the swinging mini-disco show! During this show, the prize winners of the colouring in competition will be announced! Don’t miss it!!!!

Rick’s Kids’ Train travels through the camp site every day. If you wait at the train stop, you can ride along to Rick’s Kids’ Club for the best children‘s activities! What fun to ride along on the train instead of walking!!
