Currency

It is possible to withdraw cash from a cashpoint on the Promenade in the amusmenent park. You can pay with you Visa Card or Mastercard at the reception / cash desk.

Information kiosk

The informations kiosk is situated near the bunper boats and midgetgolf. Information regarding the park, show times, season tickets etc. can be obtained here. This also serves as declaration point of lost property. You can hire lockers for € 0.50 on the promenade. Ask for lost and found at the cash desk.

Security locks

Suitable for locking up your pushchairs. Available from the cash desk in the Tiki pool on payment of a € 5.00 deposit.

Wheelchair

Wheelchairs are available at the entrance. You pay € 5.00 per day and a security payment of € 100.00.
