All year round. For age 10 and up.

First dive

A brief introduction to the theory of diving, followed by learning to breathe using compressed air and various exercises. Glide through the swimming pool like a ‘real’ diver.

Free dive

A splashing sequel to the First-dive. Carry out different assignments at a depth of about 2 metres, wearing your ‘own’ diving equipment!
