Frequently asked questions
How long does it take before an item appears on iLost?
Items are not always handed in immediately. After an item reaches us, it must first be collected, sorted and registered. We recommend checking the page regularly over the following days. If your item does not appear on this page within 7 days, it unfortunately means that it has not been found. There is no need to call or email us.
Is iLost also used for items left in an accommodation?
Yes. Items found anywhere at Duinrell and handed in to our team are registered on the Duinrell iLost page. This includes items found in the amusement park, Tiki Pool, holiday park and accommodations.
How do I prove that an item belongs to me?
Describe details that are not clearly visible in the photograph. Think of the contents of a bag, a phone wallpaper, a specific mark, the exact model or another unique feature.
Can I contact Duinrell to ask whether my item has been found?
The iLost page contains the current overview of registered items. If your property is not yet listed, please check the page again during the coming days. If your item does not appear on this page within 7 days, it unfortunately means that it has not been found. There is no need to call or email us.
Can my item be sent to me?
The available return options are shown by iLost after your claim has been approved. These may depend on the type of item and your destination.
