Booking terms

You have decided to spend your holiday at Duinrell. Then please first read this important information to make sure you know all the details when you make your reservations.

Per Duingalow and per campsite at least one person needs to be 21 or older. If, on arrival, it appears that this condition is not fulfilled, Duinrell reserves the right to deny the guest entrance to the site. Already done payments will not be returned.

Cancellation insurance

We advise you to take out the Duinrell cancellation insurance. By purchasing this insurance you will be covered against cancellation costs in a large number of cases, such as in the event of illness or death of immediate family members. This insurance applies up to 24 hours before arrival. The policy is calculated at 5% of the total sum and a € 5.50 fee.

Deposit

Your Duingalow or camping spot will be clean upon your arrival, and we expect the accommodation to be left in the same state when you leave. You also have to observe the rules of the house. We may possibly ask for a deposit upon your arrival without stating a reason for this. In the case of groups- and last-minute bookings a deposit is always requested. For a Duingalow and a room in the Duinhostel, the deposit is € 100.00 per Duingalow. For campsites the deposit is € 25.00 per person The deposit will be returned to you if you leave your accommodation or camping spot behind in a good state and if you have observed the rules of the house.

Safety and audio equipment

  • The grounds and roads in Duinrell are not accessible for large caravans or campers longer than 7.50 metres and exceed a weight of 1200 kg.
  • Audio equipment must be inaudible outside your site.
  • We expect all our guests to maintain peace and quietness between 11 pm and 7 am.

Conditions

These conditions apply on all reservations, direct or indirect, with Duinrell Holiday and amusement park. The right to make price changes is reserved. The Recron conditions apply to all Duinrell reservations. These are printed on the back of the reservation confirmation and can be requested if so required from Duinrell Holiday and amusement park.

Reservation and payment rules

  • After making a reservation, you’ll receive an acknowledgement with payment instructions.
  • For reservations made far in advance, you are asked to pay 25% of the total price plus the cancellation insurance fee within a week of making the reservation.
  • The 75% balance should be paid within six weeks of your arrival at Duinrell.
  • For reservations made within six weeks of arrival, the full balance must be paid within one week of the reservation.
  • Once your payment has been received, you’ll receive confirmation of your booking around a week before your arrival.
  • For reservations made within one week of arrival, we request you to pay over the phone or by online transfer.
  • Each Duingalow, camping site and room in the Duinhostel must be occupied by at least one person over the age of 21.

Reservation

To be certain of getting the accommodation that is just right for you, we strongly recommend that you make reservations. 


Campground

From 25 July to 16 August 2009, only full weeks (Saturday to Saturday) can be booked for Comfort Extra, Plus and XL. During certain periods, parts of the campsites will not be available. During the holidays of Ascension and Whitsun, stays must be for a minimum of three nights.


Duingalows

From 10 July to 14 August 2009, only full weeks can be booked (Friday to Friday).

Duinhostel
From 27 October 2008 to 3 April 2009, and from 2 November 2009 to 4 January 2010, Duinhostel bookings must be for a minimum of 15 people.

Money matters

  • Children up to and including the age of three are given free admission to Duinrell holiday park and the amusement park.
  • The prices on the website www.duinrell.nl are as accurate as possible, however they are not binding. Duinrell BV reserves the right to make changes to the prices. Upon receipt of your booking you will be informed of the final price. Any discounts and/or special offers can no longer be used after Duinrell has sent the confirmation/invoice.
  • Duingalow prices include water, electricity and VAT, but do not include fixed surcharges for bedding, tourist tax, cleaning and booking fees.
  • Camping prices per person include VAT but do not include tourist tax and booking fees.
  • Duinhostel prices include VAT and bedding, but do not include tourist tax, cleaning and booking fees.

  • Any discounts or special offers can no longer be applied once your booking has been confirmed by Duinrell.
